Let's ask this question of the Avalon Spouter who thinks the 1/6 riot attacking the Capitol Building, legislators, and police was not an insurrection: If an angry, violent mob attacked your home, smashed your windows, broke down your door, invaded your house and threatened your life and your family's lives, would you consider that an insurrection of sort, even though criminal charges were not brought immediately against the rioters.
