A neighbor of mine recently passed away. He was the kind, elderly gentleman who, year after year, put up the spectacular Christmas light display at his home on Town Bank Road in North Cape May. It was an annual Herculean task on his part. He delighted so many – especially children. He will be missed. May he rest in peace in Paradise.
