It’s great that generation Z Wants to change to world, but unfortunately for them they don’t seem to know how to go about it. A gig job lifestyle is great, and a person may get lucky, but when a person sets a low bar for themselves, more often than not they don’t exceed it. Lots of good younger people out there wanting to succeed, no use wasting time hiring those who want to change things that are in use because they want to, even though they offer an inferior solution. I think the only thing they will change is the unemployment rate. Subtle change is how things are done, and for good reason.
