At the county commissioners' reorganization, each of those who took their oath pointed to the hard campaign that won their offices. That would be true had there been a Democrat opponent for each seat, but there was a lone Democrat for a commissioner's seat. Absolutely nothing will change in this country as long as the status quo continues unabated. Maybe the new female on the board will stir the "old boys'" pot, but I have serious doubts.
