The "Open Spaces" fund should be used just to preserve open space! Nothing else. You know, like the voters intended the funds to be used for. The State should look into how the open spaces funds have been spent. The County officials have been steering those funds to benefit their GOP friends. CMC is becoming nothing more than housing developments.
