The SCOTUS will likely hear and decide on 2 Trump related cases. The first is deciding if he should be allowed on the ballots even though certain states found that he violated the 14th amendment. The second will be determining if he has immunity for crimes he (may have) committed while in office. My prediction is that he will NOT have immunity, but will be allowed to stay on the ballot. I wish he would be kept off the ballot since he failed to honor the election results in 2020, even after his arguments were disproved in courts.
