Cape May county has an animal shelter but won't build a homeless shelter. I hope the new commissioners see this spout off. Picture yourselves outside freezing in a tent or sweltering heat. They don't know where the next meal is coming from. They need nutritional food heat dry shelter. You know just the basics.
