Awhile back under George W. Bush, they established the policy in the education system called, no child left behind. I, requested that document from my district Congressman, later, I, received the rather large pages document along with a drafted personal signed letter from that Congressman, personal thanking me for bringing this to his attention, to summarize that main content, just 1 child more of 17 school children in each class, each child loses a large % of the education that that teacher is trying to teach to their students. if you have children attending school now, should be alarming.
