I made a comment about 3% that some businesses particularly restaurants charge for use. There was a rant about what it costs if you stay home, etc, what is that all about. Again read the spout off, nothing was ever stated about what it costs at home. Times right now for small businesses are very slow, so they need support. I don’t understand why it is such a big deal with 3% when you can pay cash and not have to pay the %. We are not talking about chain stores!
