Anxiously awaiting my SS check next week. Just wondering how many of us (retired folks who worked all their lives, in my case since I was 15) at real jobs are anxious too. I do not think the destruction of social security will happen abruptly - there will be a constant dribble. I do not know how to prepare. Thought I could count on it for my whole life.
