Sea Isle City is at a tipping point. During my last 25 years here I have seen a livable shore community turn into the Seaside Heights of CMC. SIC grew without a master plan that would've prevented the honky tonk construction we see today throughout the town, especially the downtown. I hope you in the McMansions understand property values are also tipping.
