The Trump administration claims that having a Michael Jordan "Jumpman" tattoo and wearing "high-end urban street wear" makes you a member of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua (TDA) gang. The document was recently made public in a federal court case, contesting the Trump administration's deportations of over 200 people it deems to be TDA members, without any proof or due process, to a notorious prison in El Salvador. One man, who was here legally, was sent to the notoriously dangerous El Salvadoran prison because of an autism awareness tattoo.
