Is the County of Cape May being transparent? While perusing the list of County employees/numbers there are gaps of numbers missing. Some may be attributed to retirement etc. or not listing the number at all. What would be the excuse? An employee was given a job title as, construction management specialist @ $42.00 per hour but, can not find the employee number,why? So,where is the transparency?
