I installed several on my property to catch the neighbor that let her dog do its business on my lawn. We needed to go to that extent to catch this rude neighbor. Keep in mind, many folks that have vacation rental properties are good people and rent to good people. Actually, it is a refreshing change from our "local" neighbors that let their dogs "poop" on our lawns.
