The biggest issues at the Prosecutor’s Office are not racism and sexism, it’s entitlement and arrogance both by detectives who think they deserve something based upon length of employment and not performance and supervisor most promoted for those same reasons. Very few at the top at that office deserve it, and the only hope is the female rising through the ranks currently. She can change the “top law enforcement” agency in the county for the better!
