Every person that Donald Trump dramatically deported to Guantánamo Bay for violating U.S. immigration laws is on their way back to the United States. Trump initially announced that he planned to send 30,000 undocumented immigrants to Guantánamo Bay, all flown to an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement facility in Louisiana.
