In order to tell you why it’s a great idea to phase out the Department of Education in DC and give education back to the states, I need to tell you why it’s a bad idea to buy tires and wheels from 2 different places. Usually you’ll never have a problem, but if you do the tire place will blame the wheels you bought somewhere else, and the wheel place will blame the tires. Your problem will never be solved. Same thing here, 2 entities involved, easy for each to blame the other. Who benefits? Not you or your child. You’re stuck in the middle again, here I am. One entity equals accountability.
