I don’t understand how the trash removal out of the shore towns can’t be managed better. I believe it’s the poor equipment used. Most of the roadside and wetland debris comes when hauling on trucks and the fabric covers don’t stay closed. I’ve followed some haulers out of Avalon and on the parkway as it flies out. Even seen it fly out the back of trash trucks. It’s not people throwing cups out of cars they just discard cigarettes and vape canisters at red lights. I’ve got a nice pile of cig butts at my mailbox as my mailman finishes his smoke every day at my box. At least I get my mail!
