I was walking on 96th Street in Stone Harbor on Sunday, February 23. Quite a few stores were open and there was a decent amount of people walking around the shopping district. When I went to use the restroom at the water tower, I was shocked. All three bathrooms were closed. There was only a disgusting porta-potty. Please SH, open these bathrooms. Money can't be so tight that you can't send an employee in for one hour a day to clean and supply the bathrooms. Or even hire a cleaning service to do it.
