Cape May

I came from a hard working blue collar family that always struggled to make ends meet. It took me many years to work my way through college, but later in life the one thing that I had was empathy for the working person. The hardest thing I ever did was let staff go because I knew the impact on their lives. If one of my staff ever let an employee go than raised a chainsaw thinking that it was cool to make fun of cost cutting measures, I would have fired them right on the spot. Fortunately, people that I worked with had a lot more class and respect.
