Sea Isle City regarding the spouter about GRANTS the City received for the Promenade. Go to Council meetings ,address this to the Administrator. Get your groups together ask a lot of questions. Be prepared on what should be prioritized. Only you can make a difference with asking questions and concerns. Speak up don't let it pass by.
