I second that Spouter about AC being a loser place. So sad to drive through off season and see the stark difference between the casinos and where people live. So much potential with beautiful fishing boats docked, bay views etc though. I can see why developers split. To tell you the truth, Vegas makes AC's casinos look like lean toos too.
