Seeing members of Congress trying to access the Dept of Education and claiming its to protect the kids is troublesome. Where were these members when school boards banned parents from meetings or the AG's office referred to parents as "domestic terrorists?" Where were these members when the Dept of Ed only went after for profit higher education but left the non-profits alone and let them increase tuitions that resulted in more student loan debt and healthy college and university balance sheets? It's all theatrics and grandstanding.
