Because of positions I've held over my working years I have a bit of insight in the way someone is acting during a speech, rally, courtroom, everyday conversation, things like facial expression, pupil dilation, "ticks", body movement, demeanor & attitude. So far I've seen some pretty negative stuff in a short time (that's called reaction) by one party that really doesn't affect them, that is, unless there's more to the story, I totally understand we need secret money for military needs, but nothing else.
