The Central Intelligence Agency ("CIA") just became the first major national security agency to offer so-called "Musk Buyouts" to its entire workforce. A spokesman for the Administration stated "President Trump has made it clear that there is no room for central intelligence as he makes America great again". Upon the announcement, a number of Asian countries have made sizable offers to these same personnel.
