Champ here…Maybe this makes sense to you all. Because I live here year-round I oversee, check, maintain properties here. They are mostly, friends of mine. I don’t charge them anything it’s just common courtesy most would think. I’m the double check guy on things. I started this when my customers needed an eye on their properties when we were the only bar on the boards. Maybe, I’m seen everywhere enough to be profiled. Who know’s? Spend your time wisely getting to know everyone around you so when something is out of order you will know? That’s what I would do? Seem’s simple?
