What a JOKE with the lawn in the dunes saga, $2000 fine and $13,000 donation to the Environmental Trust Fund ?? This is a drop in the bucket for people who have the money to build at this location. They should have to sign a no pesticide or fertilizer treatment agreement as all of the Glyphosate will go directly into the ocean, dune system and run off. This case just proves that if you have enough money, you can do what ever you want with EPA, DEP, local government and CAFRA. So sorry Mother Earth, take pity on these fools.
