To the Middle Spouter about Cape Tech and Special Services Schools, in reference to Funding Approval… they have a BLANK CHECK they just run to the county commission and beg & borrow. Special Services pays over 250,000k for a Facility Manager! NO SCHOOL in NJ pays that much. That’s superintendent dough. Wakie Wakie Capie!
