I know I have only worked for the city for a couple of years but management really needs to step up so the morale of the employees can become positive. Maybe every other week when you bosses sit down to discuss what is best for the city you should have a meeting with the employees of your department to include them of what is going on and maybe they could have some good ideas you can bring back to the table ,plus it would make us feel like part of the team and everyone would feel important to the city which would definitely make morale much better in the work place, just an idea.
