Is the Construction Office and Lines Signs checking on Contractors coming from other areas. Not local at all so as a Senior I'm concerned who is on the street. They are not getting licenses to do the work. What about the black plastic bags being put out with Construction materials. Does the City not want to charge for licenses and illegal construction materials.
