Cape May County

Re: Rio Grande about being a true local, you're confused. If you live somewhere full-time, you're a local. Doesn't matter where you were born, raised & educated, we don't get to choose any of that as a kid. If you own a home somewhere but that home is NOT your PRIMARY residence, you're NOT a local, doesn't matter what taxes you pay. My primary residency is in Cape May County so I'm a local, I own a second home in the Poconos but I'm not a local to the Poconos. You live in CMC with your husband so you too are a local. There is a radius tho, you don't have to live in CMC to be a "local".
