I've noticed my new mail carrier is now driving a little postal van while delivering the mail. He always leans across the front seat and is almost in the passengers seat as he drives making it easier for himself to lean over and put the mail in the boxes. This is unsafe and he needs to stay on the left side fully in the drivers seat!
