Why are the women in the Cape May County Correctional Center living in freezing conditions? They have no heat, no extra blankets etc. The guards have little plug in heaters at their feet in their closed in area. Also they are being kept from daily hygiene such as showers because of no staff or the female officers that think it’s cool to make them suffer without a shower, toilet paper, no heat! I understand they are inmates. These things are unacceptable!
