To the Middle Twp. Police administrator who said he was on the outside looking in at the police dept.. You are correct. You have no idea what you are doing and how you make your officers feel. You are part of the BIG problem with the officers going to other departments. Yes the PD does have some good supervisors but only a few. The others are political and should be writing parking tickets.
