It’s time for our “representatives “ in Trenton to start planning for an insurance crisis for coastal homeowners. We already have a cost problem and the next one on the horizon is an AVAILABILITY problem. Companies are already restricting terms and conditions if they will provide the coverage at all. Most of us are at the court of last resort, Lloyds of London. Hey Murphy, Booker, TBD, etc ,how about being proactive for once in your career and address this issue? It’s only going to get worse .
