I believe it is time that California be returned to the indigenous people who lived there. They understood the land and the weather and built dwellings made as part of the earth and took care of the area around their dwellings to keep their families safe from all sorts of dangers. Small, simple, smart. We could learn from them. Stop the bloated expansion of homes which are now just hazardous pollution in our atmosphere and rubble on the ground.
