Do you remember when you were younger and went to school, and couldn't wait till it snowed so you could watch the bottom of the TV screen to see if your school was closed and call all your friends and yell"SNOW DAY!!! Well now it's the kids who are in school now. Let them be an enjoy the 1 or 2 snow days they may have around here? It's not often they get to. And beside we got more than Philly so stop comparing too. Let the kids be kids and enjoy the snow
