I don't understand how the City of NW can plow the streets but not salt them. I know this is rare that NW gets this much snow and that the temperatures stay frigid for so many days. It's pretty treacherous getting around with all the icy streets and it's not melting. This is my second winter living in North Wildwood from Philadelphia. Last winter was nice. Can someone tell me why they can't salt the streets.
