Democrats have little love for Mitch McConnell but Democratic lawmakers are going to need to learn to think like their former antagonist. McConnell's laser focus on winning the next election no matter what, was generally not good for the American public. But he did prove that a party in the minority can come back from a devastating defeat by simply refusing to cooperate. We can also be certain that Trump will provide plenty that Democrats can refuse to cooperate with, all with a clear conscience and the support of patriotic Americans!
