I’d like to address our local Drunks and Alcoholics here in Cape May County. MUST you throw your “Fireball, Vodka, Whiskey” miniature/nip bottles in the parking lots and the streets? The parking lot is littered with them. There are trash cans all over that area. Shouldn’t person/s be responsible for themselves? These bottles wash right into the storm drains and go to sea!
