Is there a problem at Lower Twp. MUA? For the last few weeks the odor has been awful. Have walked Cox Hall Ck WMA for several years, first time I smelled odor (couple weeks ago) thought I stepped in dog poo. But it was worse out on Bayshore Road driving past MUA. Don't know how the people living near can stand it, hopefully a temporary problem, soon to be repaired .
