If Stone Harbor owners, not full time residents were able to vote the Council would look different. Of course, the voting pool is limited. No realtors should be on Council. SH has a severe problem. At this point the only solution is combining it with Avalon. Also, did the firing of the BA eliminate any lawsuits?
