Re: Villas Spouter regarding messy yards.... Um, how dare you! First, it sounds like maybe they are redoing the inside with what you describe as being all over the ground, which isn't illegal. Second, stop being a lazy parent, teach your kids to respect (stay off) other people's properties. You don't get to tell someone to clean up their yard bc kids are outside playing when those kids shouldn't even be on anyone's property but their own, the park or public property. If the mess is not on public property then the kids are in the wrong here which is the parents problem.
