Regarding decorated trees at D Douglas Park. It is obvious many trees have been decorated by first timers, there is litter from some trees. One tree has strand tinsel, didn't stay there, now it is trash. The tinsel garland tears and blows around and becomes trash. A few have picture framed signs, the rain did them in and they've fallen apart. Please remember to decorate with materials that will hold up outdoors and fasten so they won't blow away. Clean up in January, so we aren't told not to do this next year.
