Kudo's to C.J. Mey's excellent letter. Middle Township is overdeveloped with a lack of housing for locals. It is time to redevelop land that already has access to public water, sewer, shopping, and transportation. This corridor already exists between Rio Grande and court house. Tiny homes can be constructed on small lots at affordable prices. I just returned from Lewes, Delaware, and traffic is a nightmare with no scenic beauty. It's time to save our Middle Township we recognize and love. Tell township council citizens need smart zoning laws to create moderate income housing.
Moderator's Note: Captain Mey's insight from so long ago is next to miraculous ,considering he has been dead for a couple of centuries. We welcome letters from anywhere...(even beyond the grave)
