Complaint, several times now!

Middle Township - Complaint, several times now! While driving and running errands I have came across road construction on the state and county road, and vehicles motorist become confused on what direction to drive, noticing, no flag man, and the many vehicles going and coming from all directions. I’m not talking about cell phones and what not, driving, how are they supposed to navigate these areas even when the cop car their he is just sitting inside his vehicle? I, have brought this up in many conversations with neighbors and friends, and added they had people they know be ticketed for not knowing were to go.
