Lower Township - Lower Township on dogs tied up outside. I’m with you on this. I’ve seen it several times and complained and all that happened is people in new vehicles we somehow pay for driven by people in fancy uniforms show up and then nothing happens. It’s a waste of time and energy. Lower township deserves its own animal control to put an end to this . I don’t know what the ultimate solution but I know what’s being done know isn’t working and animals are suffering needlessly.
