Cape May - After reading the article explaining what the "other" five charges are on our the electric bills. It is clear to me that they are directly the result of misguided federal and state legislation created by our geniuses in Trenton in Washington who proudly pass bills and laws without either carrying or more likely understanding that they come with a cost to the average ratepayer and or citizen. The deception in all of this is when we begin to demonstrate our outrage, the politicians put on shows at hearings pointing fingers at the utility companies. They should just in the mirror.
