Cape May County - Could the Cape May County Commissioners explain to the residents/taxpayers, why did the Business Administrator & Assistant BA, given department head positions at the Bridge & Bug departments? So, on top of their annual salary they also, receive more money for those other jobs. But, to the blue collar employees who are the face of the county have to struggle.
