Avalon - Regarding the sewer work in Avalon. Why is it necessary for the big rigs and trucks to idle their engines, before they start working, and while not in use? Recently, on a nice weather day, you couldn't open the windows because of the diesel fuel escaping. Who is accountable? This is an environmental issue at best. Why is this allowed?
